1. Core rule
Use CV Smart Sender only for legitimate, targeted communication where the message is relevant to the recipient and you have a lawful and reasonable basis to contact them. The platform is not a tool for indiscriminate bulk marketing.
2. Appropriate uses
Appropriate uses may include individualized job applications, requested follow-ups, direct professional outreach to relevant public business contacts, and similar one-to-one communication that is accurate, respectful, and permitted by applicable law.
Using an appropriate example does not remove your responsibility to consider the recipient, country, purpose, content, frequency, and applicable communication rules.
3. Prohibited messages and conduct
You may not use the service to send or support:
- spam, unsolicited mass email, chain messages, or repeated unwanted contact;
- phishing, credential requests, malware, malicious links, or attempts to compromise a device or account;
- fraudulent employment offers, impersonation, misleading sender identities, fabricated qualifications, or deceptive claims;
- harassment, threats, hate, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, or content that violates another person’s privacy;
- illegal goods, services, activity, or content that infringes intellectual property or other rights;
- messages designed to manipulate delivery systems, conceal the true sender, or evade a recipient’s objection;
- content or attachments that you do not have the right to use or transmit.
4. Recipient sources and consent
Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, leaked, guessed, or unlawfully shared address lists are prohibited. You may not upload a list merely because an address is technically available online. You must assess whether the contact is relevant and whether your use complies with privacy, employment, electronic communication, and anti-spam rules.
Respect opt-out requests and stop contacting a recipient who objects. Do not work around a block, complaint, or suppression by changing accounts or addresses.
5. Technical and account misuse
You may not bypass rate limits, credits, account restrictions, Gmail sending limits, security controls, or campaign safeguards; automate the service through undocumented interfaces; probe or access another tenant’s data; create deceptive or duplicate accounts; resell access without written approval; interfere with workers or infrastructure; or use the service in a way that threatens Google’s systems or reputation.
6. Review and enforcement
We may investigate credible complaints using the minimum information necessary. Depending on severity and history, we may warn the user, reduce limits, pause or cancel campaigns, release unused reservations, suspend or terminate the account, preserve necessary security evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice when needed to protect recipients or the service.
A user may ask for review of an enforcement decision by contacting info@cvsmartsender.com and providing the account email and relevant campaign details.
7. Report abuse
Email info@cvsmartsender.com with the sender address, date, relevant message headers or screenshot, and the reason for the report. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
We use abuse reports to investigate and protect the service. Knowingly false or malicious reports are also prohibited.
