Providers receive only the information needed for their service and must process it under contractual, confidentiality, and security obligations. CV Smart Sender does not authorize subprocessors to sell personal information, use Google user data for advertising, or train general-purpose AI models with that data.
The specific Google contracting entity may depend on the operator’s location and the relevant Google service terms. International transfers are handled using an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful mechanism where required.
